"What is the most sustainable building?"

 

This question was posed as an open ended collaborative research project to determine what we thought was the most sustainable building.  Upon researching a few options, my partner and I found the Bullitt Center, which claimed to be the most sustainable building in the world.  Right then we decided to either debunk or prove correct that these claims were true.

 

Although still under construction during the project, we found that while maybe not the most sustainable in the world, the Bullitt Center definitely put up a good fight to claim this title by following the guidelines for the Living Building Challenge.
